Interview with Ralph Ciancio (2015)
Ralph Ciancio was a member of Skidmore’s English faculty 1965-2000 and served as department chair, in addition to his service on numerous important all-college committees. In this interview he talks about challenges and changes in the English department, difficulties faced during Palamountain’s presidency, and the gradual process of developing the Liberal Studies Program - including its influence on enhancing interdisciplinary teaching across the College.
