Description
During the 1930s, Saratoga Springs constructed several spas and bathhouses to emulate the grand European Spas. With the popular writings of Dr. Simon Baruch and support from President Franklin Roosevelt, the spas in Saratoga Springs did a booming business in different types of hydrotherapy, including showers.
