The Saratoga Springs Urban Renewal Agency last night passed resolutions in preparation to selling land for a Senior Citizens Center and use of URA land as a temporary softball field, discussed plans for businesses on Lake Avenue, and heard Mayor Raymond Watkin announce an interest from a developer to construct between 50 and 60 housing units for Senior Citizens. At this time, many properties are available.
